GAMESDEPO CREATOR / BETA INTAKE
Creator Submission Terms.
Effective: October 7, 2026
1. Purpose of the intake
This beta application lets Presplay review creators, studios, students, schools, organizations, and publishers that may later receive GamesDepo publishing access. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, distribution, promotion, or platform access.
2. Authority to submit
You must own the material you submit or have permission to represent the relevant creator, studio, school, organization, or publisher. If the applicant is under 18, the submission must be made with an authorized parent, guardian, school, or organization.
3. Keep confidential material out of the form
Do not send source code, passwords, build credentials, government identification, payment information, trade secrets, or other unnecessary sensitive information through the creator intake form.
4. Your ownership
Presplay does not claim ownership of your game, concept, art, code, brand, or other submitted intellectual property merely because you apply. You grant Presplay permission to access and evaluate the information you deliberately provide for review and operational follow-up.
5. Review and verification
Presplay may request additional information, verify ownership or representation, validate platform claims, decline an application, or pause review where information is incomplete or inconsistent.
6. Future publishing terms
These beta intake terms are not the final GamesDepo developer or publishing agreement. Any creator approved for later publishing access may need to accept additional terms governing releases, commerce, platform services, moderation, technical requirements, and distribution.
