GAMESDEPO CREATOR / PRIVACY

Creator Intake Privacy Notice.

Effective: October 7, 2026

What we collect

The beta intake may collect your creator or studio name, contact email, creator type, website or portfolio links, game or project information, target platforms, age-path authorization information, and the acknowledgements you make when submitting.

Security and abuse signals

GamesDepo creates opaque, one-way submission fingerprints for rate limiting and abuse prevention. The intake does not intentionally store your raw network address in the creator application record.

How we use the information

Presplay uses creator application data to review eligibility, verify representation, communicate about the application, protect the service from abuse, maintain an operational review history, and prepare approved applicants for later GamesDepo onboarding.

Young creators

Applicants under 18 should submit only with an authorized parent, guardian, school, or organization. The intake asks for the name of that authorized adult or organization but should not be used to upload identification documents or other unnecessary sensitive data.

Retention and access

Application information may be retained while it is needed for review, security, operational history, dispute handling, and applicable legal obligations. Access to non-public application information is restricted to authorized Presplay operations roles.

Changes before public launch

This notice covers the current beta creator intake. Presplay should publish a complete production privacy policy before broad commercial onboarding, especially before adding payments, account linking, analytics, messaging, or expanded services for minors.

Do not include passwords, private source code, build credentials, government IDs, payment data, or unrelated sensitive personal information in the application.
